Fundraising target reached for Izz Aldeen and family

In mid-June, our staff in London reached out to donors on behalf of Izz Aldin from the West Bank, who is in need of treatment for Congenital Ptosis. This is a painful condition, which affects the muscles and nerves of the eyelids, resulting in an inability to keep the eyes open and affecting vision.

We are happy to report that the fundraising target was reached and Izz Aldin will be having surgery at the Shahin Eye Centre in Hebron.
